Just Another Day

I have been so busy since I arrived in Goa that I have not had much time to access the internet, much less write about my visit here. My day usually begins at 6 in the morning and ends sometime around midnight.
The time is passing very quickly for me, I can't believe it is already Thursday morning. I was given a schedule that the students at the institute follow which is pictured below:

When I arrive in the morning they are usually just finishing their time of worship. Yesterday, they were singing "How Great Is Our God" as I entered the building. It was such a wonderful sound to be greeted by.

Right before lunch the students all posed for a class picture:

In the afternoon they always have to take a break for hot tea. I am a coffee drinker, but I have learned to appreciate tea a little more during my trips to India. Yesterday afternoon at tea break it also included a snack of fried peppers. They are actually quite delicious.

Pictured below is a typical street scene. You not only have to dodge pedestrians, bike riders, motorcycle riders and a host of other vehicles, but the streets are also often filled with cattle.

I'm looking forward to my last couple of days in Goa and then to the next part of my journey.
